Who we are
Maurice Aroesti - Group Chief Executive - Tel: 07768 560630
Coming from a background in manufacturing systems and an entrepreneurial spell, Maurice joined as a Project Manager on one of our insurance projects. Eighteen years on and he has built on his successes to lead our company, in the UK and Europe. Maurice has retained a strong interest in the insurance domain and oversees OCS' joint business service venture for the commercial insurance market. Maurice introduced Net Promoter Score to OCS in 2007 as part of the customer centric strategy he initiated in 2003. You may ask and yes he still does some high level consultancy, so that he knows what it is to be a working consultant.
Brick Du Bourg - Services Director - Tel: 07785 744866
Joining OCS as a database analyst, Brick's first assignment was in implementing electronic messaging (this was in 1992, so it was complex). Building his knowledge of software engineering methodology as well as expanding his technical skills, Brick has led OCS' delivery teams in the operational mode as Project Manager or the governance role as Programme Director. He has served as an interim IT Director and as a Development Director for OCS' clients. His structured, reasoned, empathetic and pragmatic approach ideally places him to oversee IT service delivery.
Ty Sapsford - Business Director - Tel: 07768 542380
A business person, who decided technology would do better if only business people were involved, Ty went back to University and the commerce faculty for a second time, securing business analytical skills. Joining OCS from a leading global analytical software house, Ty led a number of custom software developments in the diverse business domains ranging from the deregulated UK energy sector, international healthcare, FMCG distribution, governmental agency financial planning and management, retail banking customer insight and risk management and other OCS commissions over a six year period. In 2003 as part of OCS' client centric strategy implementation Ty moved into a broader client facing role. Remaining ever the business person, but with a technology appreciation, Ty continues to seek ways of making technology work smarter for businesses, including OCS.
Richard Williams - Central Services Director - Tel: 07785 700782
Having enjoyed the challenges of working for a global energy company, including spells where his golfing handicap benefitted from his placements to places that lacked city lights, Richard sought to work with a company that would enable him to be more intimately involved. Taking over OCS' infrastructure, Richard soon shaped an efficient operation that was noticed by our clients. Responding to client demands, Richard took on board a number of clients infrastructure needs, sometimes as a supplement such as holiday cover, but others were broader. Today, Richard heads up our Computer Services team that deliver a full range of infrastructure based services as well as providing smaller enterprises with a full IT outsource. Oh, and he continues to oversee OCS' IT as well as our Central Services.

Ever the problem solver and doer, Linda has performed numerous roles helping OCS and our clients to communicate. Using her knowledge on online marketing and marketplaces, Linda is ideal for finding the right people for project, interim or permanent roles. Linda's marcoms background as well as two decades of working in technology enables her to knowledgeabley search for a wide spectrum of job roles. Being someone, who enjoys doing, Linda continues to maintain OCS' and several SME websites as well as the digital marketing campaigns.
Steve Watts - Client Services Manager - Tel: 07887 822324
Steve came from the BIG boys to join OCS as he wanted to have more opportunity to pursue problem solving that went beyond his assignment scope. Steve has had a number of out-of-scope successes and has helped to turn some of these successes into frameworks that have benefitted other clients. He remains someone who says okay we have a solution, but what about....., and it is this enquiring mind that opens up possibilities for real innovation. Steve currently looks after a portfolio of client services, but is always looking for another challenge to solve. Maybe you have one?
Steve Hayes - Internet Services Development Lead
Steve, yes another one, came to OCS as a SuperNova analyst programmer and has traversed through a range of software development languages and testing suites on his way to leading an effective web team. Always one to seek the easiest solution, which is not always technology, he continually probes for understanding on what functionality is being sought and why. Someone who believes you should leverage what comes out of the box before you customise, Steve is very effective in leading a development team, whose main role is to support a variety of web CMS and ECM platforms.
Patricia Kozilek - Project & Service Liaison
Having worked on some of the largest telecoms projects in Brazil, Patricia came to Europe to seek new challenges. Moving from Italy to the UK for a spell in retail, Patricia enjoyed the business abstractions within application software. Joining OCS as part of its business analyst team, Patricia found herself using her technical and business based communication skills increasingly to facilitate programme management. Working in a broader range of domains, Patricia now provides liaison services to a number of OCS' clients as well as overseeing the communication touchpoints for our Cash Management services.
