Clinical Integration Analyst

Location: The Netherlands

Company: OCS Consulting

Contract: Permanent | Full-time or part-time (32 - 36 hours possible)

Expanding our Clinical Systems Integration team

Clinical Systems Integration is a specialized division of OCS Life sciences. This division supports pharmaceutical and CRO clients by building and enhancing their regulated IT systems. Due to increased demand, OCS seeks to expand this team with a Clinical Integration Analyst. This is a cross-functional role combining clinical data domain knowledge with system integration and validation responsibilities. The role focuses on enabling data flows and analytics environments rather than performing statistical analysis.

You stay in close contact with clients to clarify the requirements for their environment and you keep your knowledge of new technologies up to date to deliver the best possible solution.

Your Profile:

Our Clinical Integration Analyst has both experience in clinical data analysis and IT solutions. You can be a statistical programmer with experience and interest in the broader IT ecosystem, or alternatively, an IT professional who worked closely with Statistical programming processes.

You bring at least 5 years of experience working at a CRO in Biometrics or adjacent roles like Clinical IT. Further you bring:

  • BSc or MSc in the direction of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Life Sciences
  • Working knowledge of data standards and frameworks applicable to Biometrics (e.g. CDISC, TMF)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the applicable pharmaceutical regulation (ICH, GCP, 21 CFR)
  • Understanding of systems upstream (e.g. EDC, eCOA, IWRS) and downstream (e.g. document storage) in relationship to the analytics
  • Hands-on knowledge of scripting languages other than SAS/R, e.g. Python, shell
  • Understanding of basics of networking protocols, e.g. HTTP, FTP
  • You are self starting and able to prioritize under minimal supervision
  • Professional proficiency in English
